Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Couture Wright Boutique is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
International Shipping
International shipping may be available at checkout.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Couture Wright Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost:

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
